TSI celebrates its 25th anniversary and we are very excited! Since 1995, TSI has been providing outstanding, customer-centered service solutions that put the customer’s needs first.
Established on January 18, 1995, Cayce Sebek started TSI in the basement of her home. She primarily provided repair service and support for laptops, printers, and time clocks to two Fortune 1000 companies. Cayce saw the need for great customer service first hand. Having worked in the industry as a tech and later as a sales executive, too often the customer’s needs were put behind profits and revenue. Customers were not getting the high-quality service that they deserved so Cayce decided a change had to be made and took it upon herself to raise the bar.

With Mrs. Sebek’s business acumen and leadership, TSI has significantly grown in size, with its headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri and two additional on-site support locations in the states of Washington and Kentucky. TSI focuses on reducing equipment downtime and maximizing the lifespan of the equipment, which in turn increases the customer’s ROI.
TSI has experienced tremendous growth in the last 10 years with much research time devoted to making sure that the company’s sustainability initiative remains intact. In addition, TSI’s client base has grown to include many additional Fortune 1000 and mid-size companies. TSI has a successful track record, as seen with its 100% client retention rate since its inception, excluding those that have gone out of business.
TSI’s depot repair technicians, many of who have been with the company for over 5 years, bring extensive technical knowledge and experience. They have been very successful in keeping up with the constant changes in technology which has been a crucial factor in the company’s growth.
In celebration of their 25th anniversary, TSI has launched its new and improved website and a new logo to boot . These new initiatives reflect TSI’s consistently high rate of success and its ability to stay on top of new and emerging technologies.
